Typical services include, but not limited to: Cleaning Restrooms, Cafeterias, Offices, Empty trash cans, Sweep and Mopping hard floors, Vacuum carpets and rugs, Cleaning Windows and Doors, Dusting, Sanitizing countertops, door handles and fixtures, Floorcare etc.

*Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse to dust or clean any objects or areas that we consider fragile, or may seem dangerous to clean. During the cleaning process, we will notify you if there is anything we feel applies. We do this for your best interests and ours.
EXTRAS
EXPRESS SERVICE
We do offer a same day “Express Cleaning Service”. We will be on site in a matter of hours after being contacted and scheduling services. The fee for this service will be an additional $150 USD for Residential clients or $300 USD for Commercial clients. This fee will be added on to the estimate or price that both parties agree upon.
ECO FRIENDLY SOLUTIONS
We are pleased to announce that we do offer the use of special Non-Toxic solutions and Eco-Friendly solutions for both of our Commercial and Residential clients. If you choose this option for the use of these solutions, there will be an additional fee of $20 USD for Residential clients or $40 USD for Commercial clients for each scheduled cleaning. This fee will be added on to the final price which both parties agree upon.
